50mp Terms — Know Before You Play
Please read these Terms carefully before using the 50mp platform. This document clearly defines the rights and responsibilities of both you and 50mp.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 50mp platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the entity operating 50mp. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your automatic acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email or through the platform. It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms. No person under the age of 18 is eligible to use 50mp's services, and creating an account in violation of this age restriction is strictly prohibited.
To create an account on 50mp, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity carried out through it.
Never share your password with any third party, and always log out after each session — especially on shared devices. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 50mp will never ask for your password via email or phone; treat any such request as fraudulent. As part of our identity verification process, we may request your national ID or other documents, and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
To change the mobile number or name provided at registration, identity verification must be completed and a request submitted through the support team. 50mp reserves the right to suspend any account and forfeit its balance at any time if the account was created using false information.
By using 50mp, you confirm that you are an adult residing in Bangladesh and that it is your responsibility to comply with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Using the platform for any form of fraud, money laundering, unauthorized access, or other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Harassing or intimidating other users, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform, is not permitted.
You may not use any software, bots, or automated tools that could affect the security or functionality of the platform. Any attempt to artificially alter or manipulate game outcomes or transactions will be considered a serious violation. It is also your responsibility to operate your account solely for your own personal entertainment — not on behalf of any third party.
Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to 50mp's systems or networks, probe for vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer the platform's code is strictly prohibited and constitutes a legally actionable offence. If you discover a security vulnerability, do not exploit it — report it to our support team immediately.
All games and services available on 50mp are provided solely for entertainment purposes. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to review them before playing. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is a fair and transparent process that cannot be artificially manipulated by any party.
Any promotions or bonus offers on the platform are subject to their own terms and conditions, and bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting those conditions. 50mp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any game, feature, or offer at any time. If a game or transaction is disrupted due to a technical issue, 50mp will work to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe; however, claims for financial losses in such cases will be limited.
50mp reserves the right to monitor any suspicious activity to ensure the platform is used appropriately. Any funds erroneously credited to an account due to a system error are not owed to the user, and 50mp reserves the right to reclaim such funds at any time.
All financial transactions on 50mp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and approved mobile banking methods. When making a deposit, always use the official payment number displayed on the platform — never send funds to a number obtained from any other source.
Once a deposit is successfully completed, funds are typically credited to your account balance within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be sent to a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits are subject to change, so please check the Financial Transactions section for the latest information.
Account balances do not earn interest. 50mp is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect payment number, and recovery of such funds cannot be guaranteed. Any transaction-related disputes must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the transaction, and it is strongly recommended that you keep the transaction reference number on hand.
50mp provides its platform on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues. We make every effort to ensure a seamless and error-free service, but this cannot be guaranteed and no warranty of perfection is provided.
Participating in games is entirely your own voluntary decision, and you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the financial risks involved. 50mp is not liable for any gaming losses incurred by users. 50mp's liability for damages caused by third parties — such as hacking, fraudulent activity, or data breaches — is limited, and we are committed to maintaining appropriate security measures. Under no circumstances will 50mp's total liability exceed the user's account balance.
50mp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons: breach of Terms, submission of false information, creation of multiple accounts, fraudulent or deceptive activity, suspected money laundering, a legal order from authorities, or failure to pass age verification.
A suspended account cannot be used to log in or complete any transactions. The account balance may be frozen during an investigation. If you are cleared, the account will be reactivated and the balance restored.
For permanently closed accounts, any legitimately earned balance that has met bonus conditions will be refunded within 30 business days. However, if fraud or a terms violation is established, all balances may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time and will receive any eligible balance in return. All content on the 50mp platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software code, text, audio-visual elements, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 50mp or its licensors. These materials are protected under international copyright law and Bangladesh's intellectual property legislation. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the platform.
No part of the platform may be copied, redistributed, modified, displayed, or used commercially without prior written permission from 50mp. Any platform content shared on social media must remain unaltered and must credit 50mp as the source. Any instance of intellectual property infringement is subject to legal action, and 50mp reserves the right to seek damages. Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering any game software is strictly prohibited.
The 50mp platform integrates certain third-party services — such as payment gateways and game providers. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service, which are independent of 50mp's policies. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms of any third-party service before using it.
50mp makes no guarantees regarding the quality, security, or availability of third-party services and is not liable for any damages resulting from their operation. If a payment is delayed or fails, you may also need to contact the relevant payment service provider directly. 50mp will never ask users to provide their login credentials on a third-party website — any such request is a sign of fraud.
50mp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 7 days in advance via the platform or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
